SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Up-Pipe and EGR Pipe Bolt Kit

The SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Up-Pipe and EGR Pipe Bolt Kit includes 12 bolts for the up-pipe-to-exhaust-manifold and up-pipe-to-turbo connections on the 6.4L Powerstroke, plus two bolts for the passenger-side up-pipe-to-EGR pipe flange. The kit uses bolts at the lower manifold connections in place of the factory studs and nuts.

Installation Notes

Follow the applicable vehicle service procedure and tightening specifications. Start the hardware by hand and tighten in the specified sequence.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC bolt kit is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the failed hardware first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the hardware will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect torque, over-tightening, cross-threading, reuse of stretched or previously torqued fasteners, exposure to temperatures beyond the fastener’s rated operating range, corrosion from road salt or contaminated environments, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, or normal heat cycling marks.
