SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Up-Pipe Donut Gaskets

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-006 Exhaust Up-Pipe Donut Gasket Set replaces the two factory-style seals at the upper up-pipe-to-exhaust-collector connections on 1994–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke applications. The pair services both up-pipes when repairing leaks at the original donut-style collector joints.

Factory Up-Pipe Collector Seals

The up-pipes carry exhaust gas from the manifolds to the collector feeding the turbocharger. These donut gaskets seal the upper pipe connections at that collector. Exhaust escaping at either joint can leave soot behind the engine and contribute to slower turbo response.

Confirm the type of up-pipes installed before ordering. Bellowed conversion pipes that use flat flange gaskets require the matching flat seals instead of these donut gaskets.
