The SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold and Turbo Mounting Stud Kit includes mounting hardware for factory and aftermarket exhaust manifolds on 1998.5-2018 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engines. This shorter-stud kit also fits 1989-1998 5.9L 12-valve engines equipped with an aftermarket exhaust manifold.

⚠️ For 1989-1998 12-valve engines, use this kit only with an aftermarket exhaust manifold. Factory 12-valve manifolds require the longer 89 mm manifold studs.

Installation Notes

Select the manifold stud length for the manifold installed on the engine. Gaskets are sold separately. Follow the applicable installation procedure and tightening specifications.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC bolt kit is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the failed hardware first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the hardware will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect torque, over-tightening, cross-threading, reuse of stretched or previously torqued fasteners, exposure to temperatures beyond the fastener’s rated operating range, corrosion from road salt or contaminated environments, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, or normal heat cycling marks.
