SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-032 Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit provides replacement manifold-to-cylinder-head gaskets for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 6.6L Duramax L5P pickups. The set includes one gasket for each cylinder bank and an EGR valve gasket for the corresponding connection.

Sealing and Service

Exhaust leaks at the cylinder-head ports can leave soot around the manifold and produce a ticking or puffing sound. Replacing the gasket restores the sealing element when the mating surfaces are sound. Check the manifolds for cracks, erosion, and distortion before reassembly.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
