SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Bellowed Up-Pipe Gaskets

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-007 Exhaust Bellowed Up-Pipe Gasket Set provides two replacement flat flange gaskets for SPOOLOGIC 7.3L Powerstroke bellowed up-pipe assemblies. The pair seals the up-pipe-to-collector connections when servicing the matching SPOOLOGIC up-pipe kit.

Bellowed Up-Pipe Flange Sealing

SPOOLOGIC bellowed up-pipes use flat gaskets at the collector flanges. These gaskets seal the bolted joints while the bellows accommodate movement within the pipe assembly. Replace damaged seals and inspect the flange surfaces when repairing a confirmed exhaust leak.

These flat gaskets are not substitutes for the donut seals used at the original factory-style up-pipe collector connections. Match the gasket to the up-pipe assembly installed on the vehicle.

Installation Notes

• Preparation: Remove the old gaskets and clean the flange faces.
• Inspection: Check the flanges, pipes, and bellows for damage before assembly.
• Alignment: Align the pipes loosely before tightening. Do not force the pipes or bellows into position.
• Final tightening: Follow the installation instructions for the matching up-pipe kit.
• Leak check: Inspect both collector flange connections after installation.

This SPOOLOGIC gasket set carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
