SPOOLOGIC Basic Turbo Rebuild Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-210-044 turbo rebuild kit supplies internal bearing and seal parts for servicing the Holset HE300VG variable-geometry turbocharger used with the 6.7L Cummins. It is an unassembled kit for a rebuildable CHRA; identify the original turbo and inspect reusable parts before assembly.

This kit is not a complete turbocharger or assembled cartridge. Wheels, shaft, housings, VGT mechanism or actuator are not included unless specifically listed. Reuse only serviceable original parts and obtain damaged components separately.

Installation Notes

• Confirm the turbo identification and compare supplied parts with the originals before assembly.
• Inspect shaft journals, wheels, bearing bores and seal grooves; new service parts cannot correct damaged or out-of-specification components.
• Correct oil supply, drainage, contamination and crankcase-pressure problems before reinstalling the turbo.
• Follow the applicable service procedure for assembly, clearances, fastener torque, lubrication and priming.
• Balancing the completed rotating assembly is recommended best practice.
