SPOOLOGIC Basic Turbo Rebuild Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-210-022 turbo rebuild kit supplies internal bearing and seal parts for servicing the Garrett VGT turbocharger in the listed 6.6L Duramax LMM, LML and LGH applications. It is an unassembled kit for a rebuildable CHRA; identify the original turbo and inspect reusable parts before assembly.

This kit is not a complete turbocharger or assembled cartridge. Wheels, shaft, housings, VGT mechanism or actuator are not included unless specifically listed. Reuse only serviceable original parts and obtain damaged components separately.

Installation Notes

• Confirm the turbo identification and compare supplied parts with the originals before assembly.
• Inspect shaft journals, wheels, bearing bores and seal grooves; new service parts cannot correct damaged or out-of-specification components.
• Correct oil supply, drainage, contamination and crankcase-pressure problems before reinstalling the turbo.
• Follow the applicable service procedure for assembly, clearances, fastener torque, lubrication and priming.
• Balancing the completed rotating assembly is recommended best practice.
