SPOOLOGIC Basic Turbo Rebuild Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-210-003 turbo rebuild kit services the Garrett GT3782VA turbocharger used with the 6.0L Powerstroke in 2003–2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. It supplies internal bearing and seal components for a rebuildable CHRA; identify the original turbo and inspect reusable parts before assembly.

Installation Notes

• Confirm the GT3782VA identification and compare each supplied part with the original before assembly.
• Inspect the shaft, wheels, bearing bores and seal grooves; replace damaged or out-of-specification parts.
• Correct oil supply, oil drain, contamination and crankcase-pressure problems before reinstalling the turbo.
• Follow the applicable service procedure for clearances, torque, VGT operation, lubrication and priming.
• Balancing the completed rotating assembly is recommended best practice.
