The SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit (SL-500-046) is a heavy-duty ductile iron upgrade for the 2007.5-2018 6.7L Cummins. Why It Matters

The factory 6.7L Cummins manifold is a rigid single-piece casting that has to survive DPF regeneration heat spikes on top of normal exhaust cycling. Uneven wall thickness concentrates stress at the runners and turbo flange, the casting bows, studs pull, and gasket clamp is lost. Cracks propagate into visible fractures at the flanges. Once the manifold leaks, exhaust energy escapes before it reaches the VGT turbine — you lose drive pressure, spool softens, EGTs climb, and the actuator gets blamed for what is really a manifold problem. Every SPOOLOGIC exhaust manifold is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the exhaust manifold first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the exhaust manifold will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from over-torqued or improperly torqued hardware, cracked flanges from improper install sequence, use outside the listed fitment, EGTs beyond the manifold’s rated operating range, tuning or fueling that exceeds safe exhaust gas temperatures, cosmetic wear, ceramic coating discoloration or chipping, surface rust on raw manifolds, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, gaskets, hardware, or any other costs outside the exhaust manifold itself.
