The SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit (SL-500-004) is a high-flow ductile iron upgrade for the 6.0L Powerstroke. Opens up the restrictive OE runner geometry so the GT3782VA/GT3788VA VGT can actually breathe — faster spool, cooler EGTs, and no more chasing cracked collector castings.

Why It Matters

The 6.0L Powerstroke’s stock manifolds choke the GT3782VA/GT3788VA VGT before it can breathe, and the OE castings crack right around the collector after high-EGT cycles. This SPOOLOGIC high-flow manifold opens the runners and collector to move more exhaust through the turbo, cooling EGTs and sharpening spool for tuned and towing trucks.

Install Notes

• Torque bolts to factory spec in the recommended sequence — over-torque cracks the flanges
• Inspect and replace up-pipes and up-pipe gaskets while access is open
• Cab-off or engine-out access is strongly recommended for the 6.0L
• Anti-seize all fasteners going back into the head

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC exhaust manifold is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the exhaust manifold first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the exhaust manifold will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from over-torqued or improperly torqued hardware, cracked flanges from improper install sequence, use outside the listed fitment, EGTs beyond the manifold’s rated operating range, tuning or fueling that exceeds safe exhaust gas temperatures, cosmetic wear, ceramic coating discoloration or chipping, surface rust on raw manifolds, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, gaskets, hardware, or any other costs outside the exhaust manifold itself.
